Abstract: To collect something without form makes it possible to confront the ephemeral, the mutable, and the undefined. A fissure, understood as a void between materials, has no fixed structure; its shape results from specific tensions, and capturing it only represents a moment within its ongoing process of potential transformation. In this sense, collecting something dynamic means recognizing that these pieces do not constitute the entirety of the phenomenon, but rather a temporal trace, a momentary representation of something that resists permanence.
